A 55 Year Old Female with Shortness of Breath, pedal Edema and Facial Puffiness Soumya Nadella, MBBS 8th semester Roll no:128 Under the guidance of Dr. Vilasith (Intern) I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient clinical data analysis” to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. A 55 year old female patient, a resident of Miryalaguda and farmer by occupation came to the hospital on 17/5/21 with the chief complaints of shortness of breath, pedal edema and facial puffiness.
